Knights Inn on Boyscout road. Worst experience ever . front desk clerk had her two year old child running around all behind the counter. Very bad attitude. Family of 25 booked 8 rooms to arrive to hot rooms no air on the smell was awful refrigerators unplugged when we moved it to plug in roaches crawling everywhere. Bugs on the bed moved the bed sheets only to see pubic hairs stuck to the cover. Didn't stay went the next day to talk to the Manager she refused a refund because she said we was rude to the front desk clerk. Yes we was a little ill that she refused a refund sated we was there longer than 15 minutes and refused to call the manager. Please contact me for full story.
