Grand Oaks at Crane Creek Apartments at 680 Crane Creek Drive, Augusta, Georgia.

This is from resident Henry Van Scott (originally posted on the Grand Oaks Facebook page): My wife and I are so happy living here at Grand Oaks at Crane,, we at it home. When we first saw this place for felt for some reason that we will live here one day. we stepped our on faith and filled out an application plus prayed about it. Now long after we got the call and got our blessing, we got approved !We had to finish out our remaining lease so we didn't get to move in until the middle of July 2016. Once we moved in we found so many new things that we never had before.Now after being here for almost a year we are still happy with our decision on moving here. All the social events have been just too wonderful and so helpful to get to know other neighbors. Also the pool area and grills are off the chain. But it would be nice to have a play ground , and tennis areas.It's so nice how well the keep the lawn and garden areas maintained. There are a lot of other places you could live here in the area. The only thing wrong with them is they are apartments. Living here at Grand Oaks at Crane Creek we call them homes, and yes they are!!! :-)

I have lived her for 14 months Brianna is a GEM I cannot say that for Stephanie the Asst. Manager who is ALWAYS making mistakes or can't answer a question and the excuse is I am new, The manager who knows if she even works I have yet to see her and when you call and she says she will call back, hurry up and wait. I am still waiting for that call back 6 days later and hmmm nothing. Be careful when you go to move out they will stick it to you and dont bother calling corporate their District Manager is just as rude and dumb as a box of rocks..Cheryl I am so glad we are out of here.
