Iron Horse Apartments Leasing at 4080 Iron Horse Drive, Augusta, Georgia.

I moved my daughter into the Ironhorse location in Augusta, GA. The leasing office was in a different location and they requred more paperwork than buying a house. They were very nice and helpful during the application process, but once all that was done, the manager was rude and indifferent towards us. We were robbed after being there 1 month. They weren't sympathetic. I wouldn't recommend this place, or any other property managed by Phillips. They only want the sale. Once you sign, they could care less about you.
