Master Buick GMC at 3710 Washington Road, Augusta, Georgia.

I have taken my Cadillac to Master Buick GMC Service department on several occasions. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Charles always takes care of me. I'm told upfront what the cost will be. There's a shuttle service to get me to work if I have to leave my car. Once, when my car took a little longer than normal, I was given a new vehicle to drive. I get status calls so I'll know what's going on with my car and am always told when I'll get it back, which is usually quick.
