Paris Nails and Spa Augusta at 2907 Washington Road #704, Augusta, Georgia.

I was not impressed. The salon is very nice and clean, however the receptionist is rude. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. I waited an hour while others who did not have appointments that came in AFTER me were seen first. I understand it depends also on whether if it's a manicure or pedicure however it was more than one customer who was called back before me. The receptionist was rude and didn't give an estimate wait or anything. The guy who did my nails did a good job, however he didn't even say hi, How are you? He spoke ONCE and said "what color?" Just horrible customer service! No hellos, how are you, thank you, or have a great day. I will NOT be back.
