Long wait for the eye appointment even though I made an appointment. I was finally seen 1.5 hours after my appointment time. The doctor I saw was great, friendly and quick. The girls at the appointment desk were friendly and efficient as well!
I worked with Carlton to find a pair of glasses. He was great... until he wasn’t. I finished picking a pair of glasses only to find that he was busy with another client, which was a little annoying but I can deal with that. Finally got checked out. I came back to pick up my glasses an hour later, waited 20 minutes to get them (at no fault of the woman working, she was the only one there, but should probably have more employees checking out glasses). I asked to cancel my second pair of glasses, but Carlton offered to have them shipped to me at no cost instead. He said they’d be shipped out in the next day or two. Great! 4 days later, I get a call that my glasses are waiting to be picked up. They haven’t been shipped. I call and speak to a (very nice) woman 5 days after I placed my order to be shipped. She tells me there is no record saying that they should have been shipped, they’re at the store. She was sweet and had it fixed for me. I just wish I didn’t have to wait so long because Carlton offered to do something and didn’t follow through.
Friendly staff for the most part though, just a bit annoyed about not having my glasses.
